Affordable Homes Program Overview

Aspen Homes of Colorado, Inc. and the City of Loveland have united in an effort to bring affordable housing to our community. Our goal through this program is to make homeownership attainable to the local workforce.

The requirements to apply include:​

1) You must meet the income limits at the 80% AMI.

   2) You must accept the deed restriction and early recapture fee.

3) You must qualify through the Community Partnership office which gives priority to those who work and/or live in Loveland.
