Being raised in the Timnath, Fort Collins area, we feel a strong sense of responsibility to our growing community. As a local builder in Northern Colorado, we want to offer a “smarter” product that will not just be another house down the street, but one that will help leave the world a place worth inheriting. For every home built our focus is on quality, energy efficiency, customization, and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

Prior to working at Aspen Homes in 2003, Jammie was a self-employed energy rater while Rob was involved in biochemistry research. With Rob’s analytical background and Jammie’s experience in energy efficient building practices, the two of us have been able to distinguish Aspen Homes as the only builder of its kind. From early childhood, our parents instilled in us the value of honesty, strong work ethic, and making every effort to do the right thing for others. These core beliefs have translated into the company’s philosophy so that our customers have a positive home buying experience and receive a quality product. Additionally, with customization and a wide range of options available, Aspen customers are able to personalize the home of their dreams.
